We would like to welcome you to Greece and wish you a pleasant stay on our island, Crete. The goal of our travel agency, “Bali Travel”, is to provide service responsibly and reliably as far as possible for unforgettable travel experiences.
We are a local, legitimate and family tourism agency and we feel like a small part in the huge edifice called “Greek Tourism”. We were born and raised in this region and we know everything about Crete and its people. Although our agency has grown in recent years, we continue to work with love and passion, maintaining a direct personal relationship with the client. We are not a faceless company, our customers are not considered to be just a “number” and we do not see them as ”money”, but as our hosts. Since 2012 we have served tens of thousands of visitors from around the world.
The buses are private, new, small of 20 seats and medium of 30 seats, luxurious, with air conditioning and comprehensive passenger insurance. The staff of our six offices is friendly, warm and helpful. Our drivers are professional, certified and experienced.
Our excursions are organized in the best way possible so as not to be tiring. We travel directly to the destination, picking passengers up only from the villages of Bali and Panormo, thus saving up to 2 hours of travel time. In this way, we start later, we stay less time on the bus, more time at the destination and we come back earlier. So breakfast and dinner aren’t usually lost.
By improving its services our agency offers on many excursions the possibility to the passenger to listen to the recorded visit with the use of headphones. In this way, the passenger is not disturbed listening to guided tours of bus speakers in languages that he doesn’t understand but only the visit in the language of choice, thus receiving much more information and living a complete visit experience.
Our visits contain a lot of important information and details many of which are unknown even to locals and which can satisfy even the most demanding customer. At the same time, our tour managers are at the customer’s disposal for any additional information and assistance. Our partners, ship owners, boats, hotels, taverns, theme parks, safaris organizers, are all legal and certified for high service standards, so that our customers have the best possible service.
